Shipping Policy

We value your purchase and aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed excluding US holidays. Your Tl'Zani Authentic Extensions are shipped from our facility in Hollywood, Fl, USA. All orders are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 3-14 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame for the product in question. Custom made orders take 3/4 weeks to process and 3/5 business days to ship. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. International orders typically take approximately 14 business days for delivery and shipped via USPS as well, unless otherwise stated by the customer. Tl’Zani Hair Collections reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order. If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately at:  954-793-1249. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent.

Errors and Shipment Delays

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors; we will try our best to ship out products at the specified time frame promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or refund your money. However, the incorrect products must be returned to our office prior to re-shipping of products.

International Shipments

All international customers are required to submit a signed credit card authorization form complete with supporting documents. Once you've placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information.

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

 

SHIPPING NOTICE

Due to COVID-19, there may shipping delays beyond our control. Currently, shipping is only available in the US and Canada. Delays that may occur within the shipping carriers network are not the responsibility of Tl'Zani Hair collection. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped through UPS, please allow up to 3-7 business days for the shipping carrier to deliver your order. If you have questions regarding your order please feel free to reach out to us.

Canada: $34

International shipping outside of Canada has been disabled. Shipping costs covers shipping to your provided address. Please note that all international customs charges are subject to your location and are your financial responsibility. We are unable to be forecast custom charges for varied locations. If you have questions regarding your financial responsibility, please contact your country's customs department.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped to include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.​

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Tl'Zani wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases and hence offers a comprehensive store credit and exchange service. For the safety of you and all of our clients, we have strict requirements regarding all items eligible for exchange or store credit. Tl'Zani hair Extensions are a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously.

 

ORDER REFUNDS

Tl'Zani does not offer refunds on any of our products, but would be glad to offer you store credit within the first 7 days of receipt, as long as your order is still in sale condition and meets the return requirements.

Hair extensions must be in original condition: tied, unwashed, uninstalled, not chemically processed, not dyed and/or tampered in any manner. Items that do not those requirements are not eligible for an store credit, therefore please examine each product in its original sale condition to make sure you are completely satisfied.

 

MISSING, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)

Tl'Zani packages and fulfills all orders personally in our Florida showroom. We carefully prepare your shipment to ensure that all items purchased are included and secured in the elected packaging. In the event your item arrives defective or damaged contact us within 2 days of receipt to begin the exchange process for your item(s). in the rare and unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. For all approved claims of missing items, the full order must be returned to Tl'Zani & Co. in the original sale condition. Upon delivery and inspection a refund will be issued.

 

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

Tl'Zani is not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the purchaser and marked as delivered by the postal service. All orders come with $50 insurance (USPS) or $100 insurance (UPS). In the event that you do not have possession of your delivered item, please inform us and open a claim with the shipping carrier - we will open a claim as well. If the claim is awarded in our favor, the insured amount can be provided to you as a refund or a credit towards your next order. Please advise if you would like to add additional insurance, a signature confirmation, or ship to a different address if you choose to purchase again.

 

ORDER EXCHANGES

Tl'Zani is happy to accept your exchange request within 7 days of receipt, as long as your order is still in sale condition. Products that have been untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange, therefore please examine each product in its original sale condition to make sure you are completely satisfied. Please note that issues concerning color variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are eligible for exchange. We also reserve the right to reject an exchange request previously approved upon receipt.

  

APPROVAL PROCESS & ORDER EXCHANGE SHIPPING

Tl'Zani requires that you must contact us prior to sending your exchange. Products sent back without approval are not eligible for exchange and will be returned to sender.

 If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for all newly accrued shipping fees associated with the resending of your package. Returned packages must first be received prior to us resending your package. Packages that have been returned to sender and are no longer wanted, will not be refunded, but issued as store credit, excluding the initial shipping cost.

 You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received.

 

EXCHANGED ITEM DELIVERY

Tl'Zani exchanges currently run on a 3-5 day processing time. After your exchange request has been approved and sent back we will follow up with you via email.

If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for all newly accrued shipping fees associated with the resending of your package. Returned packages must first be received prior to us resending your package. Packages that have been returned to sender and are no longer wanted, will not be refunded, but issued as store credit, excluding the initial shipping cost.

 

 EXCHANGES of LESSER/GREATER VALUE

If you are exchanging for a product of lesser value, the variance in price will be issued as store credit after subtracting the cost associated to shipping out your exchange. If you are exchanging for a product of greater value, the variance in price will be issued/emailed as an invoice including the cost associated to shipping out your exchange.
